Description

This is Sophila, the love interest from a comic idea that will likely never get off the ground because I can't make it more than a love story-- even though that is really only a small aspect of it.

Yeesh.

I rather like Sophie, even though she isn't my favorite of the main character's love interests. What I mean by this is, she's technically his pre-teen/early teen love interest, even though here she is a little older.

The medium I used is prismacolor pencils, which I adore and , if I do say so myself, I'm not to shabby at using! Not an expert, but not too bad, me, not to bad.

I'm sure that I'd have more to say if my dead wasn't brain in the brain department.

Hi

The difficult part to centaur proportioning is that the proportions need to be set from the hip not the shoulders and head. My rule of thumb for this is to set the hips at a minimum of twice the width of human standard to the shoulders. Secondly I set the waist dimension to approximately 1/3 smaller than human standard soft curving to blend the two points.

As too the rest of the previous critique, I have to agree on all parts.

Style does to a degree denote proportioning, but only to a degree. For any style to work the proportions must work so it is clearly a stylistic choice. IE all exaggerations much instantly be seen and understood as that. If the response is what is wrong with this picture on the part of the viewer, then the stylistic offering fails in it's impact.

Hope this helps
